Gatorfoam is an extruded polystyrene foam board bonded between two layers of Luxcell® wood-fiber veneer. This yields a very flat, durable surface perfect for mounting digital graphics to.
Window lettering has been around for a long time. We use spot color cut vinyl to do windows and usually recommend white, which will show up best. We have done everything from simple office hours to huge 20' long multi-window pieces.
We offer vehicle vinyl lettering. Once your appointment is set up, you bring your car to our shop and we can usually have it done within an hour or two. We can do either spot color vinyl or digital graphics. (we do not offer full vehicle wraps at this point)
We can either do spot color magnets or digitally printed magnets. Our standard magnet is 12"x24".
We offer two forms of laminate. Our UV Laminate is a thin clear vinyl that helps prevent fading and protects from scratching.
Our graffiti-resistant laminate is basically the same thing but helps protect against graffiti as well, markers and spray paint will usually wash right off.
For most jobs we use a High-Performance Cast vinyl with an 8-10 year durability. (but we know this vinyl will outlive that time in almost every circumstance). It does not shrink and comes in 93 colors. The vinyl is cut using a plotter.
This is a corrugated plastic material, much like cardboard. It is a very inexpensive option. Often used as "disposable signs" that are placed around the city not expecting to be returned. Also used as political signs. Cut vinyl is the best solution for Coroplast, but there is a smooth version which can accept printed vinyl well. Coroplast comes in all sizes but most commonly is found in 18"x24" in white or yellow.
Our aluminum signs usually go into a yard sign frame (also called a real estate frame). We use a .040 aluminum that stays very rigid and is resistant to damage. We usually use cut vinyl but can do a full digital print as well. The most popular sizes for these signs are 18"x24" (the standard for yard sign frames) and 6"x24" (also called a "rider" that sits on top or bottom of a yard sign frame).
